How does this site work?
We enroll local moving companies and movers into our 'Moving Labor Program', then clients are able to reserve their help through our online booking service. Simply browse our list of cities, select a team, and reserve your movers online with a deposit, pay the rest on location after the movers are finished with your move.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled move. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, you lose your deposit. If you cancel with more than 24 hours you get your deposit back 100%.
What are you hours of operation?
Moving coordinators are available Monday - Friday 9:00am-5pm (Central Time). Clients can check teams availability and book online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Local teams schedule may vary.
How can I call my movers?
After you book a team online, we recieve your order then assign you to a team. After we assign you to a team, we sent your teams information to you.
Are the movers bonded & insured?
Check the companies profile and read reviews online. Varies.
Are you a moving company?
We are not a moving company. We do not supply movers with moving truck. We connect clients with local movers who load/unload their rental truck, portable storage etc.
